Role Overview

We are seeking a Regional Commercial Lead to join our team at Outsource Consultants. As a highly experienced and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for leading our sales teams to achieve outstanding results and developing effective commercial strategies to drive business growth.

Your primary objective will be to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A BBA or MBA from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' relevant experience in the IT industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and team management skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets in challenging environments.
