Customer Support Consultant Role Overview

About the Opportunity

This position is focused on providing exceptional customer service as a first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and fostering positive relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in managing inbound calls. Strong technical investigation and follow-up skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and our organization, prioritizing customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Resolve user knowledge-caused issues and other configuration, troubleshooting, and software installation issues.
  • Monitor incidents, prioritize, and respond accordingly to maintain high-quality support.
  • Constantly gather product knowledge to enhance the support experience and share with team members.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
  • Excellent English language communication skills.
  • Experience managing inbound calls, preferably within the North American region.
  • Strong technical investigation and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard business environment software such as Operating Systems, office word processing, and spreadsheet software.
  • Service-oriented mindset, delivering customer support that meets excellence standards.
  • Training with support management tools like Service Cloud, ServiceNow, TeamSupport, Infor, Jira is advantageous.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 5 am – 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (Individual shifts may vary within this window)
