Customer Service Representative Job

We are looking for individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to communicate effectively with customers, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  3. Utilize various communication channels to engage with customers.
  4. Acknowledge and address customer complaints in a constructive manner.
  5. Develop in-depth knowledge of products to provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  7. Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
  9. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support.
Job Specifications

Requirements for this position include:

  1. A minimum education level of Matric - Bachelor's degree.
  2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
  3. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office software.
  4. Previous experience in handling USA-based customer inquiries is preferred.
Benefits and Timings

This position offers:

  • A salary range of 40,000-60,000 plus incentives and bonuses.
  • A flexible schedule with options for 7:30pm-4:30am or 8:30pm-5:30am shifts.
