About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to fill the position of Coordinator for Professional Qualifications.

Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role that requires coordinating various professional qualification programs, maintaining student records, facilitating communication between students and faculty, and assisting in the organization of events and seminars.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is expected.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
  • Facilitate effective communication between students and faculty members.
  • Organize and coordinate events and seminars.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures.
  • Proofread and edit academic documents.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in ACCA or MBA, or equivalent qualifications.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
