Job Summary:

As a Sales and Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by enhancing the sales experience for our customers. This dynamic role focuses on effective customer engagement, efficient sales operations, and leveraging industry expertise to help revolutionize the market.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of customer engagement processes, including regular visits to manage and update account listings, while coordinating with internal teams for timely certification to meet quality standards.
  • Manage customer inquiries across various communication channels, providing timely and comprehensive responses to drive buyer interest in the assigned inventory.
  • Conduct on-site viewings for buyers at seller locations, utilizing proven sales and negotiation techniques to effectively showcase and finalize sales, building customer trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure seamless vehicle transfers between buyers and sellers, overseeing the transaction process to maintain transparency and accuracy in documentation and ownership changes.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to produce detailed daily and weekly sales performance reports, offering insights into customer engagement trends, sales data, and areas for improvement. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of cars and the local automotive market is essential.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet tools, and digital communication platforms.
