Job Title: Food Service Professional

The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for managing the table setting, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Present menus and take orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (12 pass).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
