Job Title: Network Technical SpecialistOverview of the Role

This position is open for a skilled Network Technical Specialist to provide high-quality technical service and support to customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.

The specialist will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated 24x7 customer support based on rostered schedules.
  • Lead and resolve complex technical issues through Root Cause Analysis.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems.
  • Manage software updates, load IPA/EPA/EP packages on Ericsson Core nodes.
  • Organize CSR review meetings with SDM teams.
  • Perform proactive maintenance tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the domain.
  3. Strong understanding of CS Core domains including CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF.
  4. Hands-on experience with MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP.
  5. Expertise in UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE.
  6. Comprehensive knowledge of mobile call flows and protocols (MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter, LDAP).
  7. Ability to troubleshoot IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC, and CS Fallback procedures.
  8. Proficiency in preparing MOPs with impact analysis and execution.
  9. Understanding of cloud/virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF management.
  10. Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
  11. Results-driven approach with strong presentation skills.
