**Role Summary:**

This role involves working as a technical support specialist, providing service and assistance to customers on various technical issues. The primary goal is to troubleshoot problems, resolve customer complaints, and ensure network stability.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with multiple teams, including sales, R&D, and suppliers, is essential for success in this position.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer complaints and provide technical support 24/7 based on a roster system.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and lead technical issue resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge of telecom and Datacom systems, including hardware, software, and network knowledge.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure network stability.
  • Drive Software Update Management (SUM) and Load IPA/EPA/EP packages on Ericsson Core nodes.
  • Participate in CSR review meetings with SDM.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Domain Experience: CS Core domain resource with hands-on experience of CS Core domains: CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE, Mobile Call flows and Protocols understanding: MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter and LDAP protocols handling, Troubleshooting of IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC and CS Fallback procedure, MOP preparation with impact analysis and execution, Understanding of Cloud/Virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF Management, Team Collaboration, Delivering results & meeting customer expectations, Presentation & communication skills.
