Job Summary:

  • This role involves serving as the key point of contact for Workday configuration creation, modification, and maintenance. This includes supporting internal projects and programs impacting Workday, including solutioning and build of new configuration and/or rollout of modifications to existing configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

">Operations">
  • Manage and execute global core configuration in Workday, including Core HR, Core Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes as a System Administrator.
  • Oversee implementation of HR changes that impact existing Workday configuration, including solutioning and full end-to-end delivery.
  • Solve Workday issues/fixes and manage corresponding defect management, communication, documentation, etc.
  • Provide timely issue identification and resolution according to established SLAs.
  • Offer Tier 2 support for case management driving and solutioning change requests.
  • Execute hands-on change requests, including build and unit testing of Workday configurations.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and develop process improvements, documenting and communicating processes with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with HR Service Center regularly and keep engaged with COEs to review new issues and concerns, provide guidance, and support timely resolution.
  • Maintain Advance Compensation and Talent & Performance modules, providing continuous improvements and updates.
  • Responsible for system and integration testing planning and execution as part of Workday upgrades.
">Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Business field OR equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of HR process and HR technology experience.
  • 2-4 years of knowledge and experience with Workday in Technical area required.
  • Experience across multiple modules within Workday, including Core HR, Talent, Performance, Core Compensation, Time Tracking.
  • Strong HR technology and HR process experience and expertise.
  • Project management and integrations experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing HRISs (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and specifically issue triage and management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in people management and business decision-making.
  • Experience in managing / interacting with third-party HR vendors.
  • Established cross-country/regional leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
