As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Workday configuration. Your responsibilities will include managing and executing global core configuration, overseeing implementation of HR changes, and providing tier 2 support for case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute global core configuration in Workday, including Core HR, Core Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes as a System Administrator.
  • Oversee implementation of HR changes that impact existing Workday configuration.
  • Provide tier 2 support for case management, driving and solutioning change requests.
  • Hands-on execution of change requests, including build and unit testing of Workday configurations.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely support for HR processes and Workday. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Technology, Management Information Systems, or Business field is required, along with 3-5 years of HR process and HR technology experience and 2-4 years of knowledge and experience with Workday in Technical area.

A strong understanding of HR technology and HR process expertise is essential, as well as project management and integrations experience. You will also have demonstrated experience utilizing HRISs (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and possess strong analytical skills, issue triage, and management skills. Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills are also required.
