About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to key decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
  • Use a consultative approach to qualify leads and articulate our value proposition.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, enabling them to deliver product demos and deeper conversations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound interest and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and our platform capabilities.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or tele-sales roles, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B tech.
  • A proven track record of success in cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivation, organization, and comfort working in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
