As a Service Partner, you will work closely with key stakeholders to address client channel issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Your goal is to deliver excellent service while ensuring uniform adherence to global standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clients Due Diligence (CDD): Perform all relevant onboarding processes, create CDD for new clients, review existing ones, and conduct regulatory onboarding activities.
  • Account Opening and Channels Activation: Deliver fast setup of systems, provide quality support, and advice to clients on Straight2Bank channel activation, training, and other related issues.
  • Governance: Ensure due diligence on document safekeeping and data confidentiality, correctness of documentation, compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase consistency of systems and processes. This includes performing end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by IMO, engaging clients throughout the process, and owning the execution of processes.

Your qualifications should include a strong ability to positively influence stakeholders across the value chain, problem-solving skills, and clear understanding of client needs being serviced. As a team player with good interpersonal skills, you will be able to work independently without direct supervision and cope with pressures from tight deadlines.

This role requires a strong writing and presenting skill in English, along with the ability to build rapport with clients and respond to queries in a timely manner.
