Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business reviews with key accounts to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure that product listings are up-to-date and integrated seamlessly into our platform.
  • Manage and optimize key account content on our platform to maximize sales.
  • Plan and execute promotions to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and update order cancellations weekly to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory management.
  • Raise invoices and settle discounts/promotion budgets with vendors.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales, performance analysis, and vendor insights.
  • Provide regular account management reports to track progress and improve vendor performance.
