We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating various programs and activities within our organization.

This includes preparing schedules, monitoring academic activities, and utilizing resources effectively.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for registering new students, issuing joining instructions, and managing original documents.

In addition, they will be required to prepare data for routine reports and returns, handle scholarship and fees matters, and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in academic coordination or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
