Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Outreach Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and schedule appointments with decision-makers in eCommerce brands and other relevant industries
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies using multi-channel sequencing and CRM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new target personas and refine messaging strategies for outbound outreach
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals, including call volume, outreach, and conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling/international sales experience (US market focus)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce and Hubspot
- Familiarity with lead tracking systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
