
B2B Sales Specialist

We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist with a strong focus on LinkedIn marketing and lead generation. If you're a results-driven individual with a passion for building professional connections and closing deals in the B2B space, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Lead Generation & Engagement: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, identify, and connect with decision-makers in target industries. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Client Communication: Manage inbound and outbound communications through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other Meta platforms to generate interest and build long-term business relationships.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into paying clients. Maintain accurate records of interactions and deal stages.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the team to implement effective LinkedIn marketing strategies and contribute to the development of sales materials and outreach templates.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points, offer relevant solutions, and position DBX offerings to fit their business needs.
- Customer Success Focus: Ensure excellent pre- and post-sale communication, handling client queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a professional brand experience.
What We're Looking For:
- LinkedIn Pro: Proven experience using LinkedIn for B2B prospecting, outreach, and sales conversions.
- Sales Track Record: A solid background in online sales and lead conversion—especially in B2B markets—with measurable success.
- English Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with global clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp for Business, and Meta business tools.
- Driven & Organized: Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits, goal orientation, and a structured approach to sales and lead management.
- Remote / Onsite (based in Pakistan)
