**Job Overview**

  • As a classified sales specialist, you will be responsible for managing real estate agencies' portfolios within assigned areas or regions.

The role involves conducting client visits, providing demonstrations, and securing impactful deals to achieve revenue growth targets outlined in the regional business plan.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones, re-engaging lost clients to reduce churn and identify new business opportunities, and managing tasks efficiently to track KPIs within the CRM system for the assigned portfolio.

Additionally, you will identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for portfolio growth, handle client queries/issues, take ownership, and follow up for quick resolution, and build long-term strategic partnerships with clients through excellent customer service.

**Requirements**

  • You must possess proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales is necessary.
  • You must have a laptop, mobile device, and internet connection.
  • Attractive commissions are offered.
