About the Role
This leadership position involves overseeing a team responsible for agent business relationships, service experience, and in-market activities. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and lead the team to succeed in a global matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performance team with exceptional sales skills.
- Sales Account Planning: Create and execute sales account plans to drive growth and success.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners, fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and opportunities with product sales and marketing teams.
- Partner Management: Manage a robust partner network, ensuring SLA adherence and improved customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profiles, actively managing both.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to agents, equipping them for success.
- New Initiatives: Support the development and launch of new recruitment initiatives, products, or regional strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, enabling greater market awareness and analysis.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to enhance student conversion and pre-arrival success.
- Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics and report regularly to senior leadership.
- Culture and Values: Foster a culture that aligns with Avomind's mission, vision, values, and strategy, clearly articulating business goals and initiatives.
- Coaching and Development: Drive a high-performance coaching culture, providing ongoing support, coaching, and development to enable team members to achieve their objectives.
- Brand Representation: Promote Avomind's branding and customer value proposition, ensuring the in-market organization represents brand values and is recognized as the Partner's pathways provider of choice.
Requirements:
- Education Industry Experience: Essential
- English Fluency: Required
- Recruitment Team Management: Proven experience in managing recruitment teams and delivering against enrolment targets.
- B2B/Channel Sales or Partner Agent Experience: Essential
- B2C Experience: Desired
- Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- CRM Tools: Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Strategic Account Management: Ability to manage complex partner relationships.
- Consultative Selling Methodology: Strong consultative selling skills.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Social Selling: Experience with social selling platforms such as LinkedIn.
