This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contact Center Supervisor. As a leader in your field, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of customer service representatives.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the team meets its performance targets and provides exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
You will also be responsible for generating and presenting regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and achievements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor, evaluate, and review agent performance, including call quality, sales targets, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and achievements.
