Administrative and Human Resources Management Role

  1. To formulate, implement and refine administrative and HR procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  2. Ensuring that employee clearance, attendance, leave, and loan policies are properly formulated and implemented to maintain a positive work environment.
  3. Analyzing daily and monthly attendance records and preparing comprehensive reports for management review.
  4. Implementing a code of conduct and issuing warning letters to employees who breach company policies.
  5. Monitoring the performance of the administration department in relation to factory maintenance, renovation, and construction projects.
  6. Developing and implementing effective hygiene and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Creating firefighting and first aid calendars and ensuring that training sessions are conducted on schedule, with all safety equipment in good working condition.
  8. Supervising gate security, attendance, and material movement to prevent embezzlement and unauthorized access.
  9. Coordinating with legal departments to ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, WAPDA, Sui Gas, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  10. Managing organizational assets, including vehicles, SIMs, mobile phones, offices, chairs, computers, and other equipment.
  11. Optimizing IT systems to enhance business performance and supervising the IT department to ensure efficient service delivery.
  12. Analyzing and managing canteen services, transportation, and other employee facilities, reviewing expenses for decision-making purposes.
