Job Title: People Leader

We are seeking an exceptional People Leader to join our team. As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and lead the interview and onboarding process for seamless candidate experience.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR functions including benefits administration, employment contracts, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local and federal employment regulations.
  • Facilities Management: Manage daily facilities operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and inspiring workplace environment.
  • Culture Building: Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture promoting creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance review processes promoting professional development and recognition of achievements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills. The role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, facilities management, procurement, and payroll systems, as well as experience in building team culture in a fast-paced environment.
