Hospital Cleaning Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations at our facility in Nazimabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning protocols and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Supervise a team of cleaning staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • CNIC required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of cleaning experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols including OT, ICU, Isolation Wards, etc.
Working Conditions:

The Hospital Cleaning Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Shifts may be 12 hours in duration and include evenings and weekends.
