Job Opportunity: Lead Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of experience in software development and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, with experience in implementing Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
