Pricing and Inventory Health Expert

As a Pricing and Inventory Health Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure initial pricing and auto-repricing logic using advanced analytics tools.
  • Analyze aged inventory and apply markdowns, promotions, and pricing adjustments to optimize sell-through rates.
  • Launch and manage coupons, Lightning Deals, 7-Day Deals, and seasonal strategies to drive sales and revenue.
  • Input invoice-based costs in inventory management systems to track expenses.
  • Monitor and improve inventory health by tracking metrics such as sell-through rates, aged stock, stranded/deactivated listings, and suppressed Buy Box performance.
  • Submit pricing for monthly promotions/events to stay competitive and protect margins.
  • Audit reports to identify underperforming SKUs and address them through data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profit goals.
  • Research competitor pricing and analyze market trends to inform pricing decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize pricing and improve profitability through data analysis and market research.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and pricing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience with repricing tools like Informed.co.
  • Familiarity with Amazon marketplace reporting or Rithum.
  • Insights into the Amazon Buy Box algorithm.
