Job Role

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for analyzing performance data, reviewing market trends and implementing smart pricing strategies to increase occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, and local events to adjust rates in real-time.
  • Leverage tools like PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Track and report key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance.
  • Run regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the operations and guest experience teams to align pricing with unit performance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in short-term rental revenue management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy improvements.
  • Proficiency with tools like PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty or similar STR platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
