Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and be able to develop and execute customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, developing strategic plans, and implementing solutions to drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage their relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' businesses, including their goals, challenges, and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions to address client needs.
- Design and implement customized strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the CPG industry or related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex client relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
