We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our DeFi Dapp development efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams to deliver successful products.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all phases of development, from concept to implementation, including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead architectural discussions and technical design reviews are essential.

A strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications is required. Experience with programming languages such as Node.JS, TypeScript, or Python and frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or similar is necessary.

The selected candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They must be self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic, and be excited by problem-solving.

Key responsibilities:
