As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost. This includes creating and executing a performance marketing strategy, developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, and ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost.
  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and generate reports to track KPIs, ROI, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
  • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
  • Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
  • Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Good communication, and presentation skills.
