Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Digital Strategy Lead. The Digital Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and leading client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital-first strategy development across social, content, media, and performance channels.
  • Translate client business objectives into creative and measurable digital solutions.
  • Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to inform strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategy is brought to life across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and platforms to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients — build trust, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Own day-to-day project management and client jobs including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital strategy and account management.
  • Proven ability to manage clients and lead strategy from brief to execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, content marketing, social platforms, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about delivering work that is both creative and results-driven.
