We are expanding our digital footprint and seeking a talented Digital Marketing Lead to strategize, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will lead a small team and collaborate closely with sales, design, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning
  • Plan and manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring cost-effective ROI
  • Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities to enhance brand visibility

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Plan and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings
  • Create, review, and optimize content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a small digital marketing team and external agencies/freelancers
  • Coordinate with sales, product design, and customer service teams for campaign alignment
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights

Brand Building & Engagement:

  • Manage the company's online reputation and engage with customers on social media platforms
  • Develop creative digital content and collaborate with graphic designers and photographers
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted digital initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and budgets
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy
  • Experience in the furniture, retail, or lifestyle sector is a plus
