Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our team of accountants. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing client relationships, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of 40-50 clients, providing expert advice on taxation, accounting, and financial planning.
  • Lead a team of 10-15 accountants, mentoring and guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Manage the preparation of UK VAT returns, Corporation Tax returns, Annual accounts, and management accounts.
  • Process payroll and SATR for clients on a monthly/weekly basis.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing systems and perform billing duties.
  • Perform account reconciliations and monitor customer account details.

Desirable Skills:

Xero, QuickBooks, BTC, VT & Payroll Manager software experience is highly desirable.
