Leading Edge AI Engineer

We are seeking a senior-level AI engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge generative AI systems. These systems should be able to produce human-like content, including text, images, code, and audio.

  • Design, implement, and fine-tune complex generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, VAEs, GANs) for diverse use cases.
  • Optimize large language models (LLMs) using techniques like LoRA, PEFT, or RLHF to enhance their performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform innovative ideas into practical AI-powered features.
  • Develop efficient training and inference pipelines utilizing modern machine learning infrastructure.
  • Analyze model outputs for quality, bias, and safety, and implement necessary safeguards to ensure high-quality results.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research in generative AI and apply state-of-the-art techniques to drive innovation.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, contributing to architectural decisions that shape the future of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years focused on generative models.
  • Deep understanding of transformer architectures, diffusion models, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with model deployment, optimization (e.g., quantization, distillation), and cloud AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data curation, synthetic data generation, and ethical considerations in generative AI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
  • Contributions to generative AI research or open-source projects.
  • Experience with multimodal models (text+image, text+audio, etc.).
