In order to provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Cabin Crew member. As an Airline Ambassador, you will strive to achieve customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights. Additionally, you will attend briefings to understand flight details, roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.

Key responsibilities include instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying safety and security risks, administering first aid when necessary, and reporting irregularities and malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as appropriate. You will also welcome passengers and assist with boarding formalities, record necessary data in the aircraft logbook, provide excellent service by attending to passenger requests and needs, and promote onboard revenue.

Apart from the standard qualifications required for the position, applicants must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. We also require candidates to be physically and mentally fit for cabin duties, and to have a clean criminal record.
