ERP Systems Manager Position

This role is ideal for a technically strong individual with a hands-on background in application development, coupled with deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle ERP and SAP ecosystems.

  • Lead the design, development, customization, and support of enterprise-level ERP systems and surrounding business applications.
  • Manage a team of developers and analysts responsible for ERP and in-house business application platforms.
  • Architect, design, and deliver custom enterprise tools, APIs, and integrations across the organization.
  • Identify, analyze, and automate manual business processes using custom-built apps, RPA, or scripting solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Ensure system stability, scalability, performance, and security of deployed ERP solutions and business-critical applications.
  • Lead change management, UAT, and deployment processes to maintain system integrity.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external consultants for upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise application development and ERP systems.
  • Strong command of application development frameworks, including but not limited to: Oracle ERP, Oracle Forms, Oracle Fusion, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, .NET, Python (optional), Angular/React.js.
  • Hands-on experience in full-stack business apps: customization, reporting, automations, backend services, interface development.
  • Strong database knowledge - Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with ETL, data migration, API integration, and middleware tools.
