We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-level ERP systems and surrounding business applications.

This role is ideal for a technically strong individual with a hands-on background in application development, coupled with deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle ERP and SAP ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automation, workflow optimization, and building custom tools to enhance enterprise productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and customization of end-to-end ERP system modules to align with evolving business requirements
  • Managing a team of developers and analysts responsible for ERP and in-house business application platforms
  • Architecting, designing, and delivering custom enterprise tools, APIs, and integrations across the organization
  • Identifying, analyzing, and automating manual business processes using custom-built apps, RPA, or scripting solutions
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and deliver value-driven solutions
  • Ensuring system stability, scalability, performance, and security of deployed ERP solutions and business-critical applications
  • Leading change management, UAT, and deployment processes to maintain system integrity
Requirements

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise application development and ERP systems
  • Strong command of application development frameworks, including but not limited to: Oracle ERP, Oracle Forms, Oracle Fusion, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, .NET, Python (optional), Angular/React.js
  • Hands-on experience in full-stack business apps: customization, reporting, automations, backend services, interface development
  • Strong database knowledge - Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
  • Experience with ETL, data migration, API integration, and middleware tools
