About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding market needs, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute territory sales strategies, analyse customer data, and negotiate opportunities with retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, aligning our product range with their needs.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyse customer data to inform impactful decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate opportunities for display enhancements and promotions with retailers.
  • Enhance sales by ensuring our products are well-stocked and creating appealing store environments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in FMCG, Consumer, or similar sectors, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse customer data and inform impactful decisions.
  • A resilient work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to negotiate opportunities and drive sales growth.
