Administration Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing policies, maintaining office systems, and ensuring high standards of products and supplies.

  • Policies: Prepare, improve, and implement administration policies in consultation with higher management.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain office building, furniture, water, and power supply systems.
  • Product Standards: Ensure the standards of products and supplies, and follow up on repair/maintenance activities.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain good working relations with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Insurance Records: Maintain insurance records related to employees and company assets.
  • Administrative Files: Properly maintain files of all administration-related records for smooth departmental operations.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of administration experience within a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to work under stress.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
