Job Title: Senior User Acquisition Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead and execute performance marketing strategies that drive scalable user growth. You will play a key role in planning, launching, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage multi-channel user acquisition strategies (paid social, paid search, programmatic, influencer, etc.).
  • Own and optimize user funnels from awareness to conversion with a data-driven approach.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior metrics to improve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, retention).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B tests across ad copies, audiences, bids, and creatives.
  • Work closely with analytics, product, and CRM teams to align acquisition with user retention goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently with clear forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
  • Experience working with attribution tools and ad tech platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital KPIs, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling.
  • Hands-on experience in managing ad budgets of significant scale.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
