Klysera Digital Agency, an ambitious and rapidly growing startup, is seeking a highly motivated Client Acquisition & Sales Representative to aggressively expand our local client base in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of Klysera, leading direct outreach efforts, engaging with potential clients, and confidently closing deals that drive our growth. What You'll Do:

  • Client Acquisition: Drive new business by actively searching for and identifying high-potential local leads across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
  • Direct Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including proactive outbound calls and strategic on-site visits to businesses.
  • Relationship Building: Confidently approach, engage with, and build rapport with potential clients, demonstrating Klysera's value proposition.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client business needs in depth and tailor compelling presentations of Klysera's digital services (web development, digital marketing, graphic design, mobile app development, AI solutions, etc.).
  • Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate and close sales, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, direct sales, or field sales, preferably within the digital services, IT, or related industries.
  • Communication Mastery: Fluent in both English and Urdu, with exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident Closer: A strong track record of closing deals with confidence and professionalism.
  • Proactive & Resilient: A self-starter with a "hunter" mentality, capable of independent work and highly results-oriented.
  • Deep familiarity with the local business landscape in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
  • A strong commitment to take responsibility and work with unwavering motivation and dedication.
  • Personal transportation is highly preferred for field visits.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Competitive Basic Salary: PKR 55,000 per month.
  • Performance-Based Pay: This basic salary is disbursed upon meeting a minimum requirement of closing 4 clients per month.
  • Attractive Bonus Structure: Earn a significant bonus on each successful sale you close, directly correlating your efforts to your earnings.
  • Probationary Period: Your first month will be a probationary period, with the potential for permanent employment based on your demonstrated success and fit with our dynamic team.
