We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to oversee the management of all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial in building a strong organizational culture that supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for the organization.
  • Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Promote employee engagement through various initiatives, enhancing morale and productivity.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support training and development initiatives to upskill employees and improve performance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Proven track record of building a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
