About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead institutional development initiatives, fostering growth and improvement across the organization.
  • Oversee performance management processes, driving accountability and excellence throughout the team.
  • Streamline operations through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process re-engineering.
  • Maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement through regular audits.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (HR) or Social Sciences/Relevant Discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, with exceptional report writing abilities.
  • Proven experience in recruitment management, with a collaborative team player approach.
  • Diverse personality, with empathy towards diverse groups, especially service recipients.
