
Customer Success Representative

Ibex, a leading outsourcing and offshoring consulting firm in Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Client Success Representative to join its team. As a key member of the Implementation Services team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Prioritize Client Cases: The successful candidate will prioritize daily work according to department policies or Implementation Services Level Agreement.
- Daily Communication: They will communicate with dealers/vendors using phone calls and emails to ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Quality Service Delivery: This role requires ensuring quality service delivery to both internal and external clients.
- Ticket Resolution: The candidate will record client interactions in the ticketing system, including questions, concerns, actions taken, and next steps needed.
- Backup Support: They will serve as a backup for the Support and Reconnections team, assisting with tasks such as Dealer Onboarding, Feed approvals, lagging data, and Admin changes as needed.
- A minimum of three years in customer contact or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
