Recruitment Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic HR team as a Recruitment Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs.

  • The role requires strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
