Project Manager Role

This is a critical project manager role where you will be responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects concurrently.

You will take ownership and drive each assigned program to a successful completion. Assess and monitor project issues and risks, developing appropriate mitigation plans, coordinating both internal and external resources, escalating per established procedures, to ensure that problems are resolved timely and to the client's satisfaction.

As a project manager, you will define and initiate projects, assign project managers to manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program.

Accountable for the financial performance of the program, allowing our organization to receive tangible business value and meet business objectives identified for the program.

Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.

Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program.

Direct work, priorities, and mentor team members, including project managers, SMEs, consultants, and other team members.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PM role
  • BA degree or equivalent
  • Experience in FinTech industry
