
Logistics Sales Growth Specialist

A leading logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support its growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international logistics (courier, air, sea, and cold chain).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Maintain accurate client data, leads, and activity reports using the CRM system.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions when required.
- Ensure after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the logistics, courier, or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must be goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
