Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare and review employee compensation packages
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Develop and implement training and development initiatives
  • Plan and execute performance review sessions
  • Communicate benefits to employees
  • Update employee records
  • Design and implement HR policies
  • Monitor departmental budgets
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Stay informed about labor legislation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5-8 years of experience as an HR Specialist or Generalist
  • Experience with Rewards, Data Analytics, decibel, and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • A strong understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
