Job Overview
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company through timely and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and issues through emails, live chats, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Monitor and manage tickets via Zoho CRM and other relevant tools.
- Check and respond to TrustPilot reviews, social media messages, and comments within defined timeframes.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment.
