Job Description

This role involves working with a diverse range of customers to provide satisfactory solutions to their inquiries.

You will be expected to deliver outstanding customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our client.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their items purchased through the e-commerce website.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our client.
  • Maintain swift responses to customers through email and/or chat.
  • Document each customer query as well as the resulting solution.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include O Levels/Matriculation or above, excellent written and verbal English communication, at least 40 WPM, and proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word).
