Regional Commercial Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Commercial Manager to lead our regional sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and improving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth and improve sales performance through targeted initiatives and programs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of commercial professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and management to ensure optimal stock balances and minimize stockouts.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a commercial role, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and strategy development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
