We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the implementation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably in a consulting or implementation role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending ERP solutions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user manuals.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and develop system specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during implementation and post-go live.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, working closely with the ERP vendor when necessary.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably in a consulting or implementation role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, accounting, and operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong documentation and training skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in ERP systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERPs.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS).
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
